Through the Voluntary Labour Compliance Assessment (VLCA), Myanmar Garment Manufacturers Association (MGMA) designates compliance levels as Non-Compliance, Partial Compliance, Full Compliance, and Higher Compliance. Each year, factories that achieve the highest standards, designated as "Higher Compliance" or "Best of Full Compliance," are recognized and awarded by MGMA during the MGMA Members' Day event. This recognition serves as a testament to their commitment to upholding labor standards and promoting excellence in the industry.

MGMA awarded MGMA VLCA Awards 2023 to outstanding factories. The following factories were awarded for their outstanding standards in the event of 4th MGMA Members' Day on 10th May 2023.
